Join Anjel, a certified yoga instructor, for a 90-minute gentle beginner-level yoga class. Bring a mat, water bottle, and crystal and wear comfortable clothing. Anjel will lead a 90-minute practice that will connect you with your breath and help stretch out some of those tired muscles from running around the conference. 

Maria’s keynote will explore a deeper relationship with the cards. Individual tarot cards offer transcendent insights, but tarot is also about relationships. In this session, participants will explore the three-column grids of the Major Arcana to name and transform their sense of personal and community power in a world that suppresses individual expression, visibility of marginalized groups, and space to collaborate in building a more ideal future for all.

This is a learning session, be sure to bring a notebook!

Food is love. Food is life. Food is Magick. And the energies of food can guide us through our daily lives with simple and practical practices aligned with our greatest good. Have you ever thought there could be a deeper meaning to your food cravings, or why the smell of a fresh herbs feels connective to your ancestry? In this workshop we will take a deeper dive into the energy of food, how to take foods and use them for insight and mindfully practices. and the spiritual meanings of many popular, easily accessible ingredients. This workshop will include discussion and mediation.

Witching for a Warming Planet -- Climate change is the biggest thing affecting the planet we hold sacred. I'll share what I know after a decade of professional experience about where we are in the fight against climate change, and let's talk about what you can do as a witch -- both magically and mundanely -- to help meet the challenge.

Direct Connection to Spirit: A Journey Workshop. Through the use of drumming we will explore the terrain and technique of journey work. You will be invited to lay down and close your eyes, but can also situate yourself however you are comfortable. There will be some guidance upfront to orient everyone before we embark on the journey. You may want to bring a pen and paper to record what you experience.

In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to create a delight jar. We will start with the science and add our unique magic to the jar. Participants will be able to take their creations with them.

Your body is a universe and in this two hour class, we'll explore that universe through a variety of body based practices that will lead you to deep relationship with your body and allow you to discover the full power and presence that is available when you create an intentional connection with the universe within.

What is shamanism? Where is it from? How exactly does one become a shaman? Anthropologists tell us that the word ""shaman"" derives from the Tungus language and traditions, but few people understand the full scope of what that means.

In this class, we will explore the unfamiliar landscapes of North Asia, the place where shamanism was born, and uncover the indigenous spiritual/shamanic traditions and beliefs of the Turkic, Mongol, and Tungusic peoples of North Asia. This comprehensive class will also cover North Asian shamanic cosmology/mythology, shamanic tools, and practical concepts/methods that attendees can incorporate in their own practices.

This class will largely draw from topics/themes from David's book ""Spirit Voices: The Mysteries and Magic of North Asian Shamanism""."

As the world continues the work of anti-racism and decolonization, the magickal community must actively engage in the same. It is not enough to simply light a candle for black lives and declare ourselves allies. We must look at the inherent racism that has been built into our own practices and beliefs and dismantle it. In this workshop we will focus on exoticism, cultural appropriation, and the demonization of BIPOC practices common to mainstream magickal communities. Whether you're looking to embody the energy of tarot cards, shift your consciousness for deeper ancestral work, or simply enhance your intuition, this class provides the tools and knowledge to integrate the power of tea into your spiritual practice.

We will delve into techniques for using custom tea blends in various divination activities, including tarot readings, dream divination, and connecting with the spiritual realm. We will discuss creating your own tea and tarot correspondences, understand the energetics of herbs, with practical examples of blends. This workshop equips attendees with the skills to brew and serve tea that not only tastes wonderful but also carries powerful spiritual and metaphysical benefits.

Have you ever felt emotionally drained after certain interactions or noticed lingering sadness or anxiety that won’t fade? Perhaps old habits or thoughts seem to block your growth and happiness. These are signs it’s time to cut energetic cords.

Energetic cords are invisible bonds that connect you to people, experiences, or emotions, often acting as channels for energy exchange. While some cords are positive, others can drain your energy and hinder well-being.

This workshop, rooted in the Mexican healing tradition of Curanderismo, teaches the art of cutting energetic cords. Through practices like limpias (spiritual cleansings) using eggs, herbs, and invocations, you’ll learn to break free from unwanted energetic ties and restore balance.

Explore techniques to sustain energetic health and step into a renewed sense of liberation and possibility, freeing yourself from the burdens of the past to embrace a vibrant future.

This is a healing ceremony dedicated to Saga, the Nordic Goddess who is the seeress of the gods and the guardian of ancient tales. Participants will surrender a story to Saga that no longer serves their lives. This story might be a fear, a limiting belief, or something that happened in the past. Afterwards, participants will then participate in a traditional Sumbel, a community and confidence building ceremony that comes from Nordic Traditions.

Beltaine is a time of vibrant life, a celebration of the blossoming earth and the potent energies of union and growth. Traditionally, we honor this season with merriment and the symbolic joining of energies to fertilize the land, often represented by the Maypole.

This year, as we gather, we acknowledge that our communities are navigating a time of significant transition and change. In the spirit of Beltane, we recognize the power of collective action and the resilience of the human spirit. The Goddesses of the Celtic Lands—Arduinna - The Warrior, Branwen - The Guide, and Gwenhwyfar - The Queen—offer their guidance and strength as we seek to create a fertile ground for healing and growth within our communities.

This Beltaine ritual will be a journey of connection and empowerment. We will work together to weave a tapestry of support, becoming walking staffs for one another, and drawing upon the Goddesses' wisdom to discover how we can best nurture our communities. Through meditation and shared intention, we will explore practical ways to bring positive change and foster a sense of unity.

As a tangible expression of our shared intention, we will create May Baskets, imbued with the magic of Beltane. These baskets will be gifts of hope and encouragement, to be shared with those in our lives who may need a gentle reminder of the beauty and strength that surrounds them. We invite you to join us in spreading this spirit of renewal and support, placing your May Baskets as offerings of kindness within your community.
