Join Anjel, a certified yoga instructor, for a 90-minute gentle beginner-level yoga class. Bring a mat, water bottle, and crystal and wear comfortable clothing. Anjel will lead a 90-minute practice that will connect you with your breath and help stretch out some of those tired muscles from running around the conference.

Have you ever thought there could be a deeper meaning to your food cravings, or why the smell of a fresh herbs feels connective to your ancestry? In this workshop we will take a deeper dive into the energy of food, how to take foods and use them for insight and mindfully practices. and the spiritual meanings of many popular, easily accessible ingredients. This workshop will include discussion and mediation.

In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to create a delight jar. We will start with the science and add our unique magic to the jar. Participants will be able to take their creations with them.

Ivan Richmond will present ideas and lead meditation from is new book, Religion of Good: A Spiritual Guide for Ethical Individuals of Any Religion, which tackles the modern problem of realizing morality in the west, using a spiritual and mystical approach. If you’re like Ivan, you feel that neither philosophy, nor religious dogma, nor even intuition really gets at the heart of what’s good. Reason explodes into too many possibilities and definitions to make sense of the subject. There’s no way to verify religious dogma. Moral intuition only works if we all have the same intuition. As a Wiccan priest, he combines the Neoplatonic roots of the Western Mystery Tradition with his Wiccan training. Through myth, ceremony, and mysticism, climbing the Pythagorean Tetractys, we can move our minds from a material understanding of nature to a mystical vision of unity, and thereby of morality.
