Confronting the Shadow Through Meditative Art
Friday May 2, 2025 7:00pm - 9:00pm PDT
Confronting the Shadow Through Meditative Art is a trauma-informed workshop designed to create a safe space for participants to explore their inner shadows. The workshop begins with a 30-minute guided sound meditation, referred to as "The Golden Egg." During this meditation, participants are encouraged to engage with their shadows and see what feelings or insights arise.

Rosśa will provide support during the meditation by using Karuna Reiki to help participants begin the healing process for any shadow aspects that surface for acknowledgment. After the meditation, the group will be encouraged to create a piece of art inspired by their individual experiences during the meditation. Through this creative process, participants can recognize and integrate their shadows in a safe and supportive environment, allowing them to express their most authentic selves.

Religion of Good
Saturday May 3, 2025 12:00pm - 1:30pm PDT
Ivan Richmond will present ideas and lead meditation from is new book, Religion of Good: A Spiritual Guide for Ethical Individuals of Any Religion, which tackles the modern problem of realizing morality in the west, using a spiritual and mystical approach. If you’re like Ivan, you feel that neither philosophy, nor religious dogma, nor even intuition really gets at the heart of what’s good. Reason explodes into too many possibilities and definitions to make sense of the subject. There’s no way to verify religious dogma. Moral intuition only works if we all have the same intuition. As a Wiccan priest, he combines the Neoplatonic roots of the Western Mystery Tradition with his Wiccan training. Through myth, ceremony, and mysticism, climbing the Pythagorean Tetractys, we can move our minds from a material understanding of nature to a mystical vision of unity, and thereby of morality.

Kispum Ritual Pagan Ritual for the Dying, Grief, and Bereavment
Saturday May 3, 2025 3:30pm - 5:30pm PDT
Kispum is a ritual of relationships with the dead that began in Sumerian/Akkadian (2500 BCE) culture and continues today.

The workshop is part exploration of practices and one part ritual for the Pagan and occult communities to maintain connections with departed loved ones and honor ancestors. I incorporate Continuing Bonds Theory as a modern (1970s) alternative to the Western Detachment Theory of “letting go” of the dead. This perspective embraces the idea of ongoing relationships beyond death, focusing on rituals, commemorations, and sacred practices that sustain these connections.

My modern take emphasizes the significance of these enduring ties, providing insight into how such traditions and rituals within Pagan spirituality foster a sense of continuity and reverence for the deceased within the living world. It is a living practice with prayers that have ancient roots but are designed for modern practitioners. It is ongoing work.

Witchcraft in Suburbia: A Witches Guide to Magick in the Cul-De-Sac
Saturday May 3, 2025 5:30pm - 7:00pm PDT
Come explore how the things we do everyday in the 'burbs can naturally and very easily have a magickal element to it.
Make your morning coffee magick, how to not accidentally curse someone while you’re driving, how to not dismiss yourself as a witch just because you wear yoga pants to get dressed up for going to the store and not for yoga. This workshop discusses a suburban witchcraft practice by offering spells, mantras and other tools.
Suburban life experience is just as magickal and spiritual as any others. Join me as we discuss the many advantages of being the witch next door. We suburban witches absolutely have an equal place at the witchcraft table.
